Farina — A Century of Amarone
Since the early 19th century, the name Farina has been inseparable from Valpolicella, and from Amarone, its greatest wine.
The family vineyards sit in the Valpolicella Classico zone, on soils of limestone and alluvium that grant the grapes a natural brightness and aromatic clarity. The classic trio of Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella form the blend, three grapes that, in the right hands, become something transcendent.
Farina’s approach is one of balance and restraint. Their Amarone della Valpolicella is designed to endure, to reward, to reveal itself slowly over years. The Ripasso and Appassilento offer gentler expressions of the same terroir: red fruits, soft herbs, velvety tannins, and a finish that is clean and long.
In a region where drama is easy, Farina chooses elegance.
