a unique and timeless view. Tradition dictates that wine are made from thirteen grape varieties,
each contributing its own distinctive character.

CREATION
GRAPE VARIETY
75% grenache, 10% mourvèdre, 10% syrah, 5% clairette
TERROIR
Selection of 40 plots located mainly on the northern terroirs: 40% of limestone, 30% of red sandstone, 20% of rolled pebbles, 10% of brown soils.
VINIFICATION
Each grape variety is vinified separately. 50% of the blend is vinified in stainless steel tanks, 25% in concrete tanks and 25% in truncated wooden tank.
AGING
Aged for 16 months in a mix of containers: 20% in foudres, 50% in stainless steel vats, 5% in truncated wooden tank and 5% in demi-muids. The remaining 20% were aged in amphoras for 12 months.
TASTING
SIGHT Pale red with copper highlights
SMELL Aromas of dark cherry, hints of bay leaf
and mint.
TASTE Full-bodied, rich and silky. Fine tannins, good acidity and lively finish.
