CREATION
GRAPE: 90% vieux grenaches, 10% syrah.
TERROIR
A selection of plots on garrigue terroirs in the southern part of the appellation, combined with those on the northern part.
WINEMAKING
Innovative winemaking methods: use of the Wine Globe and the Vinarium® which has been entirely designed by Xavier and his team.
AGEING
Aged in stainless steel vats to preserve the fruit and its natural aromas. Between 36 and 60 months depending on the vintage.
TASTING NOTES
SIGHT: Deep red with purple highlights.
SMELL: Aromas of black cherries, plums, cedar and hints of leather.
TASTE: Full-bodied, silky tannins, peppery notes, lingering finish.
