CREATION
GRAPE: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Syrah.
TERROIR
Selected vineyards in the Languedoc region of southern France, under the IGP Pays d’Oc designation.
WINEMAKING
Hand-harvested at optimum maturity, followed by traditional fermentation and a three-week maceration to extract colour, fruit and structure from the skins.
AGEING
Matured in stainless-steel tanks with a moderate use of French oak staves, adding subtle vanilla and toasted notes while preserving the wine’s ripe fruit profile.
TASTING NOTES
SIGHT: Deep purple red with violet highlights.
SMELL: Fine aromas of vanilla, toast and sweet spices, followed by ripe blackberry, blackcurrant and plum.
TASTE: Rich, soft and juicy, with flavours of sweet cherry, blackberry and cassis, layered with hints of mocha and chocolate. Full-bodied, supple and well balanced, with soft tannins and a long vanilla finish.
ALCOHOL: 13.5% Vol.
