CREATION
GRAPE: 100% Syrah.
TERROIR
Selection of parcels on pebble and gravel soils, typical of the appellation, with additional loess and granite slopes in the northern area.
WINEMAKING
Harvest dates are determined through daily berry tasting. The grapes undergo partial destemming, followed by traditional fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel and concrete vats.
AGEING
A large part of the blend is aged in vats for 9 to 12 months to preserve fruit freshness, while the remainder is matured in barrels to refine the structure.
TASTING NOTES
SIGHT: Dark red with brick-red highlights.
SMELL: Fresh red fruits, violet, liquorice and a subtle roasted note.
TASTE: Supple and elegant, with blackcurrant flavours, delicate spice and a refined structure
