Covered with a sea of large yellowish rolled pebbles, the vineyards of Châteauneuf-du-Pape offers
a unique and timeless view. Tradition dictates that wine are made from thirteen grape varieties,
each contributing its own distinctive character.

CREATION
GRAPE VARIETY: 75% grenache, 10% mourvèdre, 10% syrah, 5% clairette.
TERROIR: Selection of 40 plots located mainly on the northern terroirs: 40% of limestone, 30% of red sandstone, 20% of rolled pebbles, 10% of brown soils.
VINIFICATION: Each grape variety is vinified separately. 50%
of the blend is vinified in stainless steel tanks,
25% in concrete tanks and 25% in truncated
wooden tank.
AGING: Aged for 16 months in a mix of containers: 20% in foudres, 50% in stainless steel vats, 5% in truncated wooden tank and 5% in demi-muids. The remaining 20% were aged in amphoras for 12 months.
TASTING
Sight: Pale red with copper highlights.
Smell: Aromas of dark cherry, hints of bay leaf and mint.
Taste: Full-bodied, rich and silky. Fine tannins, good acidity and lively finish.
