Grenache grapes make up the majority of the blend but the expression of the Cinsault style is what’s most strongly emphasized. This cuvée is made from organic grapes.

CREATION
GRAPE: 50% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, 20% Mourvèdre.
TERROIR
Blend from various terroirs of the Southern Rhone Valley: Trias soils, limestone scree, clay and marl soils.
WINEMAKING
Enrichment of the wort with solid quantities of Cinsault without adding the liquid volume. Grenache bleeding was used to bring in the juice without any substance.
AGEING
Large part aged in Wine Globe which allows the wine to be matured in small and separate volumes in order to preserve the purity of the fruit.
TASTING NOTES
SIGHT: Garnet with purple highlights.
SMELL: Aromas of red fruit and white flowers.
TASTE: Floral and fruity notes, silky tannins, spicy finish with hints of saffron.
