CREATION
GRAPE: 70% Grenache, 30% Syrah
TERROIR
Selection of plots from different variety of soils (mainly clay, safres and trias) and exposure allowing aromatic complexity.
WINEMAKING
Various containers are used: Wine Globe, Vinarium®, demi-muids and truncated wooden tanks.
AGEING
Part of the Grenache are aged in Vinarium® for 24 months, the other part in Wine Globe.
The Syrah were aged in demi-muids and truncated wooden tanks.
TASTING NOTES
SIGHT: Purple with intense violet highlights.
SMELL: Strong intensity with a fruity and floral character.
TASTE: Concentrated and smooth, with a long finish revealing velvety tannins.
