Set 250 metres above the Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence, this estate has welcomed artists, architects, and dreamers alongside its winemakers. The philosophy is simple and radical at once: wine is a way of living, not just drinking. Everything here: the biodynamic farming, the organic soils of clay and limestone, the dramatic day-to-night temperature swings, the minerality of the soil, is in service of that idea.

The grapes reflect the estate’s dual nature: Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault for expressive reds and rosés; Vermentino and Sauvignon Blanc for whites that carry the brightness of Provence.

Two collections tell the story. The Prestige (Grand Vin Blanc and Grand Vin Rouge) offers complexity while The Classics (Lady A, Rosé d’une Nuit) celebrate freshness like a stroke of Provence nature. And there is Nooh for those who wishes the feel the breath of the land without the alcohol
