GRAPE: 80% Grenache, 10% Mourvèdre, 5% cinsault, 5% caladoc.

TERROIR
A selection of plots representative of each terroir: clay, gravel, limestone and sandy soils.

WINEMAKING
Harvest dates determined by daily berry tasting.
Manual harvest.
Long maceration without mechanical extraction.

AGEING
Aged in concrete vats to preserve the expression of the fruit and each represented terroir.

Deep dark red.
Bouquet of black cherries, black berries, pepper and garrigue.
Well-balanced and deep, raspberry and plum flavors. Fine and powerful tannins.
