CREATION
GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Mourvèdre.
ALCOHOL: 15.0% Vol.
TERROIR
Crafted from carefully selected parcels in the Southern Rhône Valley, where old Mourvèdre vines thrive under abundant sunshine and the cooling influence of the Mistral wind. The vineyards are planted on a mosaic of limestone, clay and gravelly soils, allowing the variety to reach full ripeness while maintaining freshness and remarkable concentration.
WINEMAKING
Hand-harvested at peak maturity, the grapes undergo meticulous sorting before partial destemming. A long maceration and gentle extraction preserve the purity of the fruit and reveal the depth and character of Mourvèdre. Fermentation is carried out with precision to achieve richness, balance and complexity.
AGEING
The wine is matured in a combination of French oak barrels and concrete vats, allowing the powerful structure of Mourvèdre to soften gradually while enhancing aromatic complexity and preserving freshness.
